Effective 7/1/17, Hopkins will offer Voluntary Vision Insurance to employees who meet the same eligibility requirements to participate in Hopkins medical insurance. This plan may help subsidize and/or cover the cost of glasses, contact lenses and contact lens fittings.
This plan is voluntary and there is no employer contribution. Employees who elect to enroll in will pay the full premium cost of the plan selected via payroll deduction. See the Vision Plan Summary for more information about coverage and employee cost.
