2020 Fall Conferences

Sign up for Conferences

Elementary Fall conferences will be held on Monday, October 12, 11:00am - 7:00pm and Tuesday, October 13, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

We are looking forward to our upcoming fall conferences! Conferences will look different this fall. They will be held virtually via Google Meet or over the phone, not in our school as in the past. If you prefer to conference over the phone, please contact your child’s teacher. It is not expected that teachers schedule alternative conference times outside of the conference days. Thank you for honoring our conference calendar schedule. Lastly, each student is allotted one 20-minute conference slot. For the 20 minutes, the format will look different than in the past. Normally, teachers would be sharing data and progress with parents. This year, due to our priority on establishing relationships with students and families during the #HopkinsStrong, we did not administer any assessments for students this fall. We will begin this in October. The main objective of these conferences is to check-in to see how things are going so far with students and families, answer questions families may have, and for teachers and families to discuss next steps for the school year. If you believe that this format is not needed for your family at this time, you can notify your child’s teacher to say that a conference is not needed.

Thank you for your support, understanding, and partnership!
