Foster Killen III, MS

Foster joined Eisenhower Elementary/ XinXing Academy family in 2018.  Prior to Hopkins Public Schools, Foster worked in various capacities within Osseo Schools, while also completing his educational licensure. Other districts he has worked for includes Brooklyn Center, Anoka and Robbinsdale schools. Aside from his educational experiences, he also worked as a Juvenile correction officer and youth counselor for Hennepin County.

Foster is originally from Liberia, West Africa. He received a Bachelors in Business Administration from Graceland University, a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and Masters in Counseling Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

When he is not with students,  Foster enjoys playing and watching soccer and spending time with family and friends.
